to ensure efficiency of construction, shorten construction period, budget control, and conform to related requirements.
Make any necessary adjustments in detail drawings for construction, and supervision of appropriate
shop drawing approval before implementing in construction.
Ensure that any construction variation conforms to specification, the Client’s requirements, and budget.

Participate in all material selection process and ensure that it conforms in quality and design with
entered contract.
Ensure compliance between interior, architectural and structural drawings.
Assists in negations regarding additional orders, expansion in work scope of contractor and
additional material orders. To ensure they conform to previous intentions.
Review and certify contractor’s monthly applications for payment.
Review and certify any approved variations.

Preparation of a monthly / final progress document, illustrating any deviation from entered contract,
which requires written advance notice and approval from the Client.
The report should include.
General progress of construction.
Progress according to contract in regards time frame, quality and variations.
Advice regarding changes in the budget.
